About Sell SOPs to AI
This site is run by people who read SOP and quality-system contracts and the rules that require written procedures, keep a copy of each document quoted, and reply to every enquiry themselves.
The reason for this site
Procedures are now one of the things AI buyers ask companies for by name, but they sit under a platform's contract, a sector's record-keeping rules and sometimes a client's confidentiality terms. This site lays those out together before any value is put on them.
Who will find it useful
Operations directors, quality managers and owners of companies that have built up years of procedures, and the advisers managing a sale or closure, who want to know whether those procedures can be licensed and to whom.
What it offers
A quote form built around one question, "sell sops to ai",, usable on the page without an account; 5 supporting guides; cited figures (the table and its method) and every source those figures come from.
- Written procedures are not required if: the US and UK thresholds: Written procedures are not required if a firm sits below a rule's threshold. Which US and UK rules make a company write procedures down and keep them, read from the text.

- SOP company selling or closing? Buyers for its procedures: A company with years of SOPs and work instructions being sold or closed: which AI buyers take procedures and workflows, what they ask for, and who signs the sale.
- Can I sell my company's SOPs to AI? Ownership, buyers and what comes out: Can a UK company license the SOPs its staff wrote to an AI buyer? Who owns them, what buyers publish on pay and company size, and what to take out first.
Things it does not do
- We do not rate SOP software; each row repeats a platform's own sentence and our reading of it.
- We do not ask for procedures, client names or staff details through the form.
- We never pass an enquiry to a platform named on the board.

Questions about the site go to Contact or enquiries@sellsopstoai.com. Terms of use are on Terms, and how we handle data is on Privacy.
No SOP platform, quality system or buyer pays to be listed here, and nothing on the site is an affiliate link. Every row is how we read the platform's published wording; for your own contract, ask a lawyer. How we are paid: if a company licenses or sells its procedures to a buyer we introduced, it pays us 12.5% of the deal, subject to a minimum fee, where we are its exclusive agent, or 10%, also subject to a minimum, where its data goes into a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the company.
