SOP software terms: Trainual, Scribe, Tango, Whale and more
The tools teams use to write SOPs range from handbooks to screen recorders that write the steps for you, and their contracts take different positions on what happens to the content.
Handbook and checklist tools
Trainual says you keep any rights in the data you upload, Process Street says you keep the copyright in content you post, and Tallyfy says the customer retains all right, title and interest in its data and gives a 30-day export window after termination.
