Controlled procedures
SOP software for manufacturing: what quality systems keep
Regulated manufacturers keep their procedures in quality-management systems with document control, and those contracts were written for auditors, not for a data licence. Here is what each says.
Who owns controlled documents in a quality system?
MasterControl says the client owns all rights in its client materials, ZenQMS says your organisation keeps all right, title and interest in its customer data, and SimplerQMS says the customer has access to and ownership of its content at all times.

Do the quality systems train AI on them?
ZenQMS says it does not use customer data to train any model made available to another customer or a third party. MasterControl will not train federated AI on client data without a specific opt-in. Greenlight Guru may collect statistical and usage data from the content.

Getting the documents out
MasterControl provides an electronic file of the client data on a written request after the service term, and Qualio keeps access open for up to thirty days if you ask before the termination date. Dozuki's terms say it returns the customer's confidential information on termination.
